Birth certificates are required for students enrolling for the first time at Pima School District. If you cannot present one, a passport or Baptismal record is acceptable. If neither of these is available, you will have thirty days to provide a certified copy of the birth certificate.
 
A child must be five years old before September 1st of the school year to enroll in Kindergarten. To enter 1st grade, a child must be six years old before September 1st.
 
In order for a student to be enrolled in school he/she must be immunized according to the standards laid out by the state of Arizona.
